Denture Relines
& Repairs

Broken, loose, or uncomfortable dentures? We offer same-day repairs and professional relining services to restore your comfort and confidence.

Denture Repairs

Dentures can break, chip, or even have a tooth come out. No need to panic — just bring the denture in with all of the pieces and we can likely repair it for you the same day.

Dentures can break for a number of reasons: dropping them, age, and excessive wear. As a denture wears, the bite becomes affected and instead of chewing on the molars, the jaw slides forward and you start chewing on the front teeth — this can cause a midline fracture or front teeth coming out.

Same-Day Repairs Available Bring in all the pieces and in most cases we can have your denture repaired and back to you the same day. Come in for a free consultation to see what caused the break.

Denture Relines

Over time, dentures can become loose, unstable, and uncomfortable — causing soreness during their lifespan. This happens because your mouth is constantly changing. The residual ridge in your mouth is forever changing and if the denture is not fitting well, it will deteriorate faster.

A reline adjusts the internal surface of the denture to fit better against your gums — restoring comfort and stability without needing a complete replacement.

Watch for These Signs

When to See Your Denturist

Loose or Ill-Fitting

If your denture feels loose, wobbles, or no longer stays securely in place, a reline may restore the proper fit.

Soreness or Discomfort

Recurring sore spots or pressure points indicate the denture is no longer distributing force properly against your gums.

Cracked or Broken

A crack, chip, or broken tooth on your denture needs immediate attention to prevent further damage.

Difficulty Chewing

If eating has become difficult or uncomfortable, your bite may have shifted and your denture needs assessment.

Changes in Speech

Slurring or difficulty pronouncing words may indicate denture movement that can be corrected with a reline.

It's Been 5+ Years

Even without obvious problems, dentures should be assessed every 5–7 years as oral structure changes over time.

Can you fix my denture the same day?
In most cases, yes! Bring your denture and all the pieces to our clinic. Most standard repairs — including cracks, chips, and broken teeth — can be completed the same day in our on-site lab.
How often should I have my dentures relined?
This varies by individual. As your mouth and jaw structure changes over time, your denture's fit will change too. Most patients benefit from a reline every 2–3 years, but we recommend a check-up annually to monitor the fit.
Why do dentures break?
Dentures can break from being dropped, general aging and wear, or from changes in your bite. When the bite changes due to wear, you begin chewing on the front teeth instead of the back molars — this puts excessive stress on the midline and can cause fractures.
Is a reline the same as getting new dentures?
No — a reline adjusts the existing denture's inner surface to better fit your current gum and bone structure. It's a cost-effective way to restore comfort and fit without replacing the entire denture.
Do you work with dental insurance plans?
Yes! Bonnie is very experienced with all aspects of dental plans. We handle all the paperwork from predeterminations to submitting claims, and in most cases we can take assignment directly from your plan.
